The 47th problem of Euclid occupies a critical, yet often overlooked, position in Masonic usage and tradition. This anonymous lecture from October 1930 examines the 47th problem and goes some way towards explaining its Masonic significance. I am personally of the opinion that there is far, far more importance that should be ascribed to the 47th problem in a Masonic sense – but that will be the subject of a future video!
