Coming this weekend!

Good evening Quarrymen

Of all the videos I have published, only one has consistently received complaints about its quality. This is my presentation of the 1564 Monas Hieroglyphica of John Dee. Upon revisiting it, I can see the problem … the audio is TERRIBLE. I think this is a shame as I have spent many years studying the Monas and I don’t think any other complete audio versions of it are available online.

For that reason I’ve spent this week rerecording the audio (as it is about an hour long, that has taken quite a bit of time) and I will be re-uploading it as this week’s video. While it is not really a Masonic text, a lot of the themes developed in the work have distinctly familiar overtones for those versed in the more arcane corners of the Craft. If you feel the urge to explore what many believe to be the most obscure text ever written, feel free to have a look and make your own decision as to what it is all about!
