Mithraism: Freemasonry and the Ancient Mysteries is a detailed text written by the eminent Masonic author and editor of ‘The Builder’ magazine, H.L. Haywood, sometime in the early 20th Century. While some of it’s content is now outdated, it is a refreshing return to a past era of positivism, where opinions could be expressed freely and with all the appearance of authority!

Rosicrucian Prayer to God is an extract from John Heydon’s 1662 work, “The holy guide: leading the way to the wonder of the world: (a compleat phisitian) teaching the knowledge of all things, past, present, and to come; viz. of pleasure, long life, health, youth, blessedness, wisdome and virtue; and to cure, change and remedy all diseases in young and old. With Rosie Crucian mediciens, which are verified by a practical examination of principles in the great world, and fitted for the easie understanding, plain practice, use and benefit of mean capacities.“
